All our products are of high quality, in a rare case if an item received was damage or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of it. 60 Days money back refund, if you are not satisfied with the item please return it within 60 days after receipt of your package. You are responsible for shipping the item back. However we can arrange our couriers to pick the item from your home or office and return shipping costs are very inexpensive. Please contact us for return shipping pricing for your location.
CREDIT for returns?
You can decide if you would like Cash Back, or exchange with another product.
Instore return option?
We have 9 Warehouse locations around Australia, If you would like to return your product in person, please contact us to arrange it.
Packing materials?
Items need to be returned in the same packaging material that they were received.
